According to customer requirements, many Bluetooth devices are compatible with NFC technology. When the Bluetooth device has NFC technology, it doesn’t need to search and pair other devices via Bluetooth, the communication is started automatically when another NFC device enters into the range that is close enough, it’s secure and convenient.

What is NFC technology?

Near-field communication (NFC) is a set of communication protocols for communication between two electronic devices over a distance of 4 cm (11⁄2 in) or less. NFC offers a low-speed connection with a simple setup that can be used to bootstrap more capable wireless connections. It is a wireless technology initiated by Philips and jointly promoted by Nokia, Sony and other companies.

In order to better optimize product applications, engineers will choose to use multiple wireless technologies in combination during product design, and various wireless technologies will complement each other in different occasions and fields to improve the user experience. So many Bluetooth modules are compatible with NFC technology. Currently, the NXP chipset QN9090 and QN9030, Nordic nRF5340, nRF52832, nRF52840 and so on

Currently, Feasycom has the Bluetooth 5.0 Module FSC-BT630 using the Nordic nRF52832 chipset. It is a small size module with Built-in ceramic Antenna, and support multiple connections.
